Air cooled, water cooled & chilled water The newly developed R410A EasiCool range is designed in a fully configured package to be quiet and easy to install. The EasiCool is capable of maintaining a precisely controlled air conditioned environment within the smallest possible footprint. High efficiency condenser and evaporator coils combined with carefully selected components ensure the lowest possible life-cycle costs in an excellent value package. The EasiCool range is ideal for high-tech environments where performance and reliability are essential. The EasiCool design incorporates an anodised aluminium exo-frame that is both aesthetically appealing and exceptionally rigid, allowing for full service from the front while at the same time allowing for full 360° unit service and maintenance access via detachable access panels. Standard features such as direct drive, anti-vibration, mounted fans (Models V/DF6-26), tandem compressors (Models 20-60) and AireTronix controls with intelligent head pressure control keep the EasiCool range at the forefront of market technology. Modular construction and an extended range of options ensures there is a unit for every application. The range includes seventy six DX (thirty eight air cooled and thirty eight water cooled) and thirty four chilled water units with capacities ranging from 6kW to 60kW, incorporating full function (heating and humidification) or cooling only variations. SmartCool is a next generation, precision cooling solution that can significantly reduce energy consumption and increase uptime. Within its sleek, compact exterior lies a synergy of advanced technology and cutting-edge components, creating a sophisticated and highly flexible system. In IT and other critical environments, SmartCool delivers efficient and intelligent cooling of fluctuating heat loads to maintain precise control.

Maximising energy efficiency and uptime

A choice of seven system types are available in DX (air/water cooled) or chilled water. They include DualCool options featuring DX and chilled water within the same case for built-in redundancy.

A raft of state-of-the-art options maximise efficiency and control allowing the most optimum, flexible and energy efficient solution to be selected. SmartCool's control logic, dual power and DualCool options within the case are designed to meet the N+1 and 2N redundancy requirements of critical data centre applications.

The free-cooling variant of DualCool uses 46% less energy than a standard air cooled DX system. At a nominal £0.11/kWHour this equates to a saving of approximately £8000/year or 31,000kg of CO₂. Modular design and control logic allow easy expansion of the system when room load increases.Multiple units of different size and capacity can be looped together, with the potential for even greater savings in energy costs when linked with one or more Airedale free-cooling chillers.
